Citadel Federal Credit Union (Citadel) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (trial court) directing it to screen its roof-mounted air-conditioning equipment. The trial court also ordered Citadel to reimburse Eagle-view Corporate Center Association (Association) for the attorneys’ fees and costs that it incurred to enforce a prior order of the trial court.
