OPINION

LATCHUM, Chief Judge.

This case is before the Court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss the action for improper venue.

The plaintiffs are British-American Insurance Company Limited (“B-A”) and its wholly owned subsidiary British American Management Limited (“BAM”), both of which are incorporated under the laws of the Bahamas and maintain their principal offices at Nassau, Bahamas. None of the plaintiffs’ businesses is conducted in the United States. The defendants, Laurence F. Lee, Jr. (“Lee”) and his wife Ruth W.
