Plaintiff in. error was tried and’ convicted upon a charge of having carnal intercourse with an unmarried female person of previous chaste character under the age of eighteen years. Motion for new trial was denied. Sentence was imposed and to this judgment writ of error was taken from this court.
The first assignment of error raises the question of the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict. To recite the evidence in this opinion would be of no benefit. Tt is, we think, ample to support the verdict and there is nothing in the record to indicate that the jury was influenced' by any…
