PRETTYMAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The case was here once before, and we need not repeat what was said in the prior opinion. The substance of that decision was that the petitioner be permitted to amend his petition. The hearing which is the subject of this appeal was upon an amended petition, pursuant to our mandate.
Appellant says that, in violation of the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution, he did not have the assistance of counsel at his preliminary hearing or upon his arraignment. He pleaded…
