| plaintiff, Rodney Caldwell, sued defendants, ANPAC, Insurance Company and Michael Jones, to recover property and personal damages he sustained on March 13, 2011, when a rotten tree in Jones’s front yard fell and struck Caldwell’s truck as he, was driving down the street.
