This Proceeding is before the Court upon a Complaint to Determine Discharge-ability of a Debt filed by Charlotte E. Lawson (“Plaintiff’) on April 27, 2000 (Doc. 22) against Sallie Mae, Inc. (“Defendant”), Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (“TGSL”), and Eric Lawson. The Court entered default judgment against TGSL on June 6, 2000 (Doc. 9).
