FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

JERRY A. FUNK, Bankruptcy Judge.

This proceeding came before the Court upon a complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of a student loan debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). On January 8, 2004 Plaintiff filed a petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection and subsequently received a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge. On March 31, 2004 Plaintiff filed a complaint seeking to discharge her student loan obligations. The Court conducted a trial on November 18, 2004.
