HOLLY, District Judge.

On April 23, 1935, Rosenbaum Grain Corporation filed its voluntary petition under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 USCA § 207. On the same day' the petition was approved, and the corporation thereupon moved the court for a temporary restraining order restraining the Board of Trade of Chicago, hereinafter referred to as the Board, and the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Clearing Corporation, from suspending the debtor, or its officers or employees, from membership in said corporations.
