Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 4, 1988, which assessed the employer for additional unemployment insurance contributions.
The alleged employer, Nurse Care Registry, Inc. (hereinafter Nurse Care), furnishes health care personnel, mainly registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, to nursing homes and other health care facilities.
