Abram C. Hatch, as executor of the last will and testament of his father, Abram Hatch, deceased, brought this action to cancel two deeds by which the deceased had conveyed to the respondent Edwin D. Hatch, a son of the deceased, and a half-brother of Abram C. Hatch, certain lands alleged and *220proved to be of the value of $6,000. The respondent Vernico Burton Hatch is the wife of Edwin, and Ruth Hatch is his mother. Ruth Hatch was the second wife of the deceased.
