OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, CHIEF JUSTICE

Appellant Antonio Leonard Brown appeals his seventeen-year sentence arising from his conviction for assault against Helen Davis, with whom he had a dating relationship. 1 In three issues, he contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the enhancement of his punishment range and that the trial court erred by omitting instructions about matters related to the enhancement. We affirm.
