VANCE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the summary judgment motion of defendant, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (“Chevron”). The mo tion is GRANTED for the reasons that follow.
I. FACTUAL HISTORY
Plaintiff, Sharon S. Dupre, individually and as natural tutrix of her minor child, Beau Nicholas Dupre, filed suit against Chevron and I.M.I.
