Plaintiffs-Appellants Geraldine and James Coulter appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment, dismissing their action against Defendants-Appellees Texaco, Inc., Texaco Exploration and Production, Inc., and Texaco employee Rogers Louviere (collectively “Texaco”).
