J. D. Sbutt, a resident of Kenton county, died in 1895, testate. IJe left no children, but was survived by Ms wife, Sarah A. Shutt, to whom by his will he devised Ms entire estate, real and personal, for life, with remainder, at her death to certain named blood relations of the testator, the second clause of the will providing *99as to the estate devised her that she should “hold the same for and during her natural life, and to use, enjoy and dispose of the income thereof as she may desire.” The third clause of the ¡will provides as follows: “I…
