Jessie Sugg Crawford, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought this suit against E. S. Briant, executor of the estate of J. D. Sugg, deceased, Ela Sugg, Calvin II. Sugg, Andrew A. Sugg, Boll MeCown, Nettie McGown and R. L. Gibson, hereinafter called defendants, upon an alleged oral contract to make a will. Plaintiff alleged that on July 27, 1925, J. D.
