JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

William Murrell was tried before a jury for the offenses of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. The trial court granted Murrell’s motion for directed verdict on the charge of possession of methamphetamine because there was no evidence of methamphetamine in Murrell’s possession, but denied his motion for directed verdict on the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine because the evidence showed that materials used to manufacture methamphetamine were present in Murrell’s house.
