In this workers’ compensation ease, Gregory Snyder (claimant) seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) which modified the order of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and concluded that claimant’s employer, the City of Aurora (employer), was not liable for certain medical expenses incurred by claimant. Employer cross-appeals that part of the Panel’s order which ordered it to pay certain temporary total disability benefits. We affirm the Panel.
