This is an action brought by the plaintiff upon a life insurance policy issued by the Hew York Life Insurance Company upon the life of one Edward H. Fleming, who was the former husband of Sallie F. Red-ding, deceased. The policy is for the sum of $5,000. It is not necessary to repeat the complaint, as it is the usual complaint in such cases, showing the facts necessary to recover, if the allegations be true.
