In this Maine Whistleblowers’ Protection Act and Maine Human Rights Act claim, the Plaintiff claims he was fired for blowing the whistle on his employer’s sales of diver detection equipment to China— sales the Plaintiff thought were illegal and unsafe. The Defendants move to dismiss the Plaintiffs Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
