This appeal is from an order of the district court, entered on the Government’s motion for summary judgment, dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, appellant’s action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-2680. Her administrative claim for damages was presented to the Veterans Administration in Denver, Colorado, which denied the claim by registered letter dated and mailed on October 30,1980, and received on November 3.
