From 1967 until July, 1977, Carroll W. Dellinger (Dellinger) was an employee of Neff Trailer Sales, Inc. (Neff Trailer). On August 31, 1973, a document was executed between Dellinger and Donald Strickler (Strickler), who purported to act on behalf of Neff Trailer. 1 In July, 1977, Dellinger was discharged by Neff Trailer and thereafter brought this suit for the breach of the alleged contract.
