OPINION

WALKER, District Judge:

The plaintiff, George Bresler (“Bresler”), brought this action against the defendant, G. Michael Hostage (“Hostage”), seeking 1) a judgment of $300,000 for defendant’s failure to pay an allegedly outstanding debt owed to plaintiff, and 2) sanctions on the defendant and his attorneys pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11. The case is currently before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on his claims and dismissal of the defendant’s counterclaims. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants the plaintiff’s motion in all respects, except that sanctions are…
