1Opinion of the CourtMobgan, J.
October 29, 1928, appellant issued to respondent a policy insuring him “against loss of life, limb, sight or time resulting directly and independently of all other causes, from bodily injuries sustained through purely Accidental Means.” Said policy contained the following :
“If such injuries. . . . shall wholly and continuously disable the Insured for one day or more, and so long as the Insured lives and suffers said total loss of. time, the Association will pay a monthly indemnity at the rate of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.”
The policy also provides that:
