HARRIS, Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, convicted the appellant pursuant to his pleas, of violating a lawful general regulation by wrongfully using chemicals with the intent to induce intoxication of the central nervous system, wrongful possession of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), wrongful possession of LSD with the intent to distribute, and wrongful distribution of LSD, in violation of Articles 92 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 912a.
