The plaintiff, The Surgery Center at 900 North Michigan Avenue (“The Surgery Center”) has filed a motion to compel the defendants, American Physicians Assurance Corporation (“APAC”) and American Physicians Capital (“APC”) to produce documents in response to plaintiffs Document Requests No. 12, and to respond to plaintiffs Interrogatories Nos. 6, 7, 9, and 12.
