—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Curci, J.), rendered October 5, 1995, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree (two counts), assault in the second degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing *518sentence.
