The issue in this workmen’s compensation case is whether the defendant was an employee of the plaintiff, Hamel Real Estate, Inc., when she was injured in a fall, or whether she was an independent contractor. On appeal from a decision of the labor commission, the Superior Court (Temple, J.) ruled that the defendant was an independent contractor and therefore not entitled to workmen’s compensation benefits. An appeal was then filed in this court by the defendant, and we affirm.
