I. INTRODUCTION

This complex and complicated litigation is before the court on the motions of plaintiffs for summary judgment and to dismiss the remaining counts (I and V) of the First Amended Counterclaim. Plaintiffs are suing their former lawyer for fraudulently obtaining their property and money whÜe he was providing legal services.
