The object of this appeal is to review the decree of the ■circuit court of Hancock County- dismissing plaintiff’s bill and dissolving the injunction awarded temporarily to restrain *4defendant from requiring plaintiff, members of Ms family, guests, servants and employes to pay toll at the same rate others are charged when crossing the OMo River on defendant’s'bridge from Chester, W.
