The Central Trust Company, as trustee of a trust created under the will of James Maxwell, deceased, has filed a petition for the construction of said decedent’s will which, after making a number of bequests, provides, in Item IX, for *184the aforementioned trust of the decedent’s residuary estate, which said item, in part, reads as follows:

“I direct that my trustees shall hold in trust my residuary estate during the lifetime of my wife, Viola Maxwell, and shall pay the net income therefrom to her in as nearly as possible equal quarterly installments, or if my trustees prefer, in monthly…
