FEINBERG, Circuit Judge:
The United States appeals, under 18 U.S.C. § 3731, from a judgment of acquittal entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Mark A. Costantino, J., after a jury had returned a verdict finding Amparo Pelaez De Garees guilty of knowingly importing cocaine. 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1). 1 The sole issue on appeal is whether, contrary to the judge’s view, the evidence was sufficient to sustain the jury’s verdict.
