In this case the plaintiff made application to the court for a judgment vacating an award of arbitrators. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendant, and the plaintiff has *188appealed. The principal question on this appeal is whether the resignation of one of three arbitrators, after the completion of the hearings and after a full discussion among all the arbitrators, but before a final award was signed, prevented the remaining two arbitrators from deciding the issues involved and rendering a valid award.
