Cabret, J.
Cecilia Dennery and Medina Henry entered into an agreement for Henry to stay in an apartment owned by Dennery. However, soon after the parties made the agreement, Dennery changed her mind and asked Henry to leave. Henry refused to leave, prompting Dennery to file a forcible entry and detainer (“FED”) action to evict Henry. The Superior Court assigned the case to a magistrate, who dismissed the FED action after finding that Dennery did not provide Henry with sufficient notice to vacate the premises.
