Plaintiff brought this action in the circuit court to recover damages for loss of property claimed to have resulted from acts of negligence on the part of the defendant and her employees. The declaration filed alleged the respective residences of the parties, and that plaintiff kept numbers of selected mink and foxes for breeding purposes on his fur farm located on highway US-23 in Arenac county.
