Plaintiff filed a claim against the estate of Leo F. Hickey, deceased, in the probate court of Wayne county. The claim was there disallowed and appeal‘taken to the circuit court where the case was heard without a jury. Plaintiff recovered judgment for $2,200 and costs. From this judgment, the administrator of the estate appeals.
