Hafiz Matiullah Khalid challenges the denial of his 1 — 485 application, his 1-129 petition, and his 1-360 petition. The government contends that this court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction to consider the denial of the 1-485 application and that Khalid lacks standing to challenge the denial of his 1-129 and 1-360 petitions.
