PERRY, Chief Judge.
Roger Timmons appeals from his judgment of conviction for felony injury to a child. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE
During the late summer and fall of 2004, Timmons lived with his girlfriend and his son, C.T, who was eight years old at that time. 1 Both Timmons and his girlfriend regularly used methamphetamine during that period.
