This is an appeal from a judgment entered on the pleadings, by the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin *195County, in favor of the defendant-appellee, National Union Fire Insurance Company and against the plaintiffs-appellants, Wayne E. Demmery and Robert Rivetti. Tbe matter was before tbe court below on motions by both parties for judgment on tbe pleadings. Tbe court below aptly stated tbe issue involved as follows:
