The appellant and plaintiff below, Parker Mitchell, an infant, by his statutory guardian, filed this suit in the *264court below against appellee and defendant, Cumberland Telephone & Telegraph Company, seeking to recover from defendant the sum of $15,0000.00, for personal injuries which plaintiff sustained while in -the employ of the defendant, and which he claims were produced by the negligence of the defendant, its agents and servants superior to him.
