In the instant case, the trial court dismissed a condemnation petition filed by Knox County. The court then proceeded to award the defendant landowner $30,000 in expenses pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. § 29-17-812. The landowner appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in failing to award all of its claimed expenses. The landowner also seeks attorney’s fees and expenses related to this appeal.
