RULING ON DEFENDANTS MOTIONS TO DISMISS

NEVAS, District Judge.

This case is before the court on Motions to Dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b), Fed.R. Civ.P. The cause of action arose when the defendants filed and publicly supported a prior federal civil rights damages lawsuit against the plaintiff and others who had proposed and actively campaigned for passage of a municipal referendum challenging access to abortion.
