Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of *1185Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered May 27, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree.
Defendant was charged in a one-count indictment with the crime of robbery in the second degree.
