This is an appeal by defendants Theodore Scott Jube, Steven Jube, and Darlene Brennan,1 from judgments in the United States *416District Court for the Southern District of New York, Milton Pollack, Judge, convicting them of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 955a (1976), and of conspiracy to possess, import into the United States, and distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 955c, and 963 (1976).
