FLANIGAN, Judge.
Plaintiffs M.F.A. Mutual Insurance Company and Allstate Insurance Company filed this action against defendant American Family Mutual Insurance Company, seeking contribution from American Family to a $20,000 settlement which M.F.A. and Allstate previously made with Betty Miller. The “uninsured motorist” (UM) provisions of the respective policies issued by the three companies are the core of the dispute. M.F.A. and Allstate each had contributed $10,000 to the settlement.
