— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 3, 1979 in Franklin County, which granted plaintiff’s motion to disqualify the law firm of Fischer and Hughes from representing defendant. The sole issue presented on this appeal is a narrow one, collateral to the underlying litigation.
