No transcript of the record in the court below in any ease entitled as above has ever been filed in this court. Nevertheless, under this title, counsel for the United States makes a motion that this court vacate an order of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, made by that court oh April 2; 1926, in a case entitled, In the Matter of the Application of Sam T.
