Kevin Scott (defendant) was convicted following a jury trial of two counts of statutory rape in the first degree (Counts I and II), § 566.032, 1 and three counts of forcible sodomy (Counts III, V and VII), § 566.060. 2 A.L. was the victim in the offense charged in Counts I and II. K.L. was the victim in Count III. C.T. was the vic tim in Count V. K.K. was the victim in Count VII. This court affirms.
