OPINION

JUNELL, Justice.

Appellant was indicted on the felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after being caught at Houston Intercontinental Airport in possession of a suitcase containing almost 1000 grams of cocaine. He sought and was granted an extensive hearing on his motion to suppress evidence acquired by police officers at the airport. After the trial court denied his motion to suppress, appellant waived a jury trial, pled not guilty and entered into a written stipulation of evidence.
