—Appeal by the de*467fendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Feldman, J.), rendered July 28, 1995, convicting him of assault in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Upon the exercise of our factual review power, we are satisfied that the verdict was not against the weight of the evidence (CPL 470.15 [5]). The defendant’s challenges to the credibility of prosecution witnesses who implicated him in the attack upon the victim were made to the jury, and we see no reason to disturb its determination (see, People v Reed,…
