MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The defendant father has moved to open the paternity acknowledgment in this case. His motion states: "I was told by Erycka Walton that Eryn Hunter Douglas was not my son and Douglas isn't his last name." Counsel was appointed to represent the interests of the minor child.
